TC doesn't get latest from VSS

hi,

Im using teamcity 6.5 and VSS 2005. I filled all the required fields in VCS root page and the test gives me connection successful, also VCS checkout mode auto on server and labeling when success.

The problem is TC didn't get latest from VSS before each build, i don't know what im missing.

Please advice
