How do we keep the responsibility/investigation for intermittent failures?
We sometimes have intermittent test failures. We want to keep the build assigned to someone until it is fixed. But whenever the build passes, the responsbility link disappears.Can we keep it assigned to someone?

This is supported in teamcity 7.1 with sticky responsibilty.
