TeamCity issue with SVN Root

Hello Experts,

We've identified an issue with TeamCity 7.1. If we clear the credentials on an SVN root, TeamCity still remembers the user account but not password and keeps polling Subversion using the same account and eventually locks the account if on active directory. Is this a known problem?
