TeamCity window tray notifier not working

Hello,

I installed Windows Tray Notifier from here, but clicking on Short-cut after installation does nothing. It does start a process(can be seen in Windows task Manager) but nothing comes up and i have to manually kill the process. I have tried this on multiple machines and it display same behaviour.

Have someone else had a same issue ever, or is it one of the known issues?

I am installing it on Win7 (64bit) machine.
