Can't find 'Label this build sources' link on the Changes tab

I am using TeamCity 8.1.1. The help at http://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/TCD8/VCS+Labeling says:


To label the sources manually, click the Label this build sources link on the Changes tab of the Build Results page.

I cannot find this link - can someone point me in the right direction?
