Github Enterprise private repository not found

Hello all.  I am in the process of moving a bunch of repositories from github to github enterprise, but I'm running into an issue with teamcity.  If I make the repository private teamcity is unable to find it, if I leave it public it connects without issue.  I am currently on teamcity 8.0.3 and connecting via ssh.  I appreciate any thoughts or ideas.

Test connection failed in Test :: enterpriseTest. List remote refs failed: org.eclipse.jgit.errors.NoRemoteRepositoryException: git@github.[this]enterprises.com:[org]/test.git: ERROR: Repository not found.
