Add watcher to a specific run

Hi,

is it possible to subscribe to a specific run?

For instance, I am interested in the result of a long build run started by a colleague, and I would like to get a notification (email...) as soon as it's finished. According to the documentation, the current mechanisms don't seem to allow subscribing to single runs, nor to runs where I am not involved (as triggerer, change provider...).
Sometimes I would also like to notify someone else, like a specific tester.

If not, is there any similar feature request yet?
