Pre-Tested (Delayed) Commit from IDE for Mercurial (hg)

Hello,

we are using Mercurial as VCS and Idea as IDE. It will be great to have ability to test code before commit. Could you tell us, please, if you have plans in the nearest future to release this feature, or should we find workaround?
