Global failure conditions
Is it possible to set failure conditions on a global level that would apply to any build configuration?
For example, searching for certain text in any build log rather than tackling them case-by-case (or at best via a template).

So far there is no ability to add global failure condition. We have a related feature request - https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/TW-27858, please watch/vote for it.
