What permissions does TeamCity use to start EC2 agents

Hello

I am using TeamCity's cloud agents feature. I have created a dedicated IAM account on AWS for TeamCity to use. Can you please tell me exactly which EC2 API actions TeamCity uses, so that I can restrict the account's permissions appropriately?

Did you ever find an answer to this? It would be nice to lock down access to just the needed actions
