9.1.2 EC2 Issue

Since upgrading to 9.1.2 I'm seeing the following error in cloud panel for my EC2 agent. Upgrading from 9.1.1 to 9.1.2 is the only change in my system. Builds are able to run if the agent is already running but TC will not start the agent.

Instance Amazon Instance{instanceId=i-XXXXXXXX, imageId=i-XXXXXXXX, amazonImageId=null, status: Error} is not reported via Amazon EC2

Hi, please attach teamcity-clouds.log.

One thing I tried this mornng without sucess is delete the profile and recreate it.
