problems compiling - package jetbrains.buildserver does not exist

Hi Guys,

I'm re-learning java, and obviously making a few mistakes. I'm using netbeans 6.7.1, got the sources for tcgrowler and getting this error trying to compile.

Which file is this class defined in? I can't find it anywhere.

I've defined paths as follows:
C:\TeamCity\webapps\ROOT\WEB-INF\lib
C:\TeamCity\webapps\ROOT\update\plugins

any clues anyone?
