TeamCity avatar plugin
Hello!
I've created plugin for TeamCity - avatar.
Now every user can add avatar picture to his profile.
Plugin have not been tested in production, so be carefull.

I can't test it in production (we got 2 week vacation because of holidays), so there could be bugs. Let me know, if you find any.
