Connection refused by agents.

Lately, I have been seeing a lot of messages like:
Canceled with comment: Failed to start build on agent: Call http://172.18.57.18:9090/RPC2 buildAgent.runBuild: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused
This seems to be intermittent.
How do I resolve this? Can I tweak some settings?

Is this something that would happen if TC tried to schedule a job against an agent that is disabled?
Hello,
Yes, the build can be canceled with this message if agent becomes unavailable. For example agent was rebooted. Please investigate agent log for more details.
