Agent does not start. Exist code: 134

I've spent hours trying to start TC buildAgent on my CentOS server.

I've tried it together with TC server (./runAll.sh start), agent separately (./agent.sh start). The result has always been the same, so here is a screenshot of how it looks when I start it from console, ./agent.sh run:

And afterall it says:

Agent process finished
Agent has exited with code: 134

(someties it shows code 139)

I've tries various JRE (1.7, 1.8) - nothing helped.

Any ideas?
