Projects not showing correctly pending and deployed commits. Recently upgraded to version 2019.2

Hello,

for some reason since the upgrade projects do not show pending commits at all or show many that were deployed already as pendings. Also when deploying known commits that are not deployed the result show no changes, but looking at the logs and testing functionality show the commits made it to the application.

Read it may be related to the VCS checkout rules, tested few options, but no change. Any ideas? 

Also try disabling using local mirrors, just in case. No change so left with auto option.
