S3 artifacts upload fails after 2023.05 with server failed to respond

Hey,

After we have upgraded to 2023.05, we can't upload artifacts to an S3 storage.

We get the error message of "Failed to publish artifacts: org.apache.http.NoHttpResponseException: The target server failed to respond"

Hello,

This error indicates that the build agent did not receive a response from the TeamCity server as it tried to send artifacts. Did you get this error right after the upgrade, or could it be that TeamCity was still finishing some upgrade operations when the build was running? Also, does this issue happen only in a particular build / build agent(s), or it happens with all builds that are using S3 artifact storage?

Looks like is a common issue to that version
