TeamCity 9.1.3 upgrade to 2017.2 version

I running Teamcity 9.1.3 on windows server 2012 R2 and want to upgrade to 2017.2 version.

is anything I want to take noted before upgrade to 2017.2 version?

I can direct install the installer file and without effect my database?

can prove me the step for upgrade.
