Teamcity permissions description or annotated list

Hi, 

I want to know is there a place where I can find all persmissions list with descriptions? 

For example I want allow user to be able to edit his own username only, meanwhile it can be done only if I will provide "Modify user profile and roles" which will grant an access to all usernames in System. didn't find any information about this. 

Second example user has permissions ot Edit project but hasn't permission "Delete subproject", but it still can delete existing subprojects.
