Can't delete subproject with user having system administrator role
Simple problem: I'm unable to remove a subproject. I'm using a user having the "system administrator" role. What's wrong here?

Hi,
usually the case here is that the project is configured via versioned settings and synced. Projects in versioned settings cannot be edited in the UI just yet and until now are set to read only, but we have implemented that feature in 2017.2, which should be ready to come in the next few weeks.
For your situation, you should be able to disable versioned settings and remove the project.
