VCS Trigger rules

Hi,

I have been playing around with VCS trigger rules in the last few days to limit release builds to occur only when the version number changes.

My observations are that I can get this to function as desired if I use the full path within the trigger rule.  Unfortunately I wanted to use a variable for the path - but this did not allow a build to be triggered.  Is this perhaps a feature that could be implemented (to use a variable for a file path within the trigger)?
