VCS trigger not working for SVN
Using version 2017.1.4 (build 47070) TeamCity lists a build configuration as having pending changes, but it does not trigger a build, specifically the "Test - TeamCityDebugging" build configuration does not work.

Hi Michael,
how are the VCS Trigger and the VCS Root configured? Does it not trigger a build automatically or even if you hit the "Run" button it doesn't run it?
Ahh I realised that I had configured a build chain for the build that was not triggering and it was not triggering, because the build it was dependent upon was not configured to trigger. Removed build chain and problem solved, not it's triggering automatically.
