Artifact dependencies won't trigger build

I have setup a chain of dependencies between TC build configurations but for some reason build process for a project dependent on another project is not triggered when one build is completed and artifacts are created as expected. We've setup the artifact dependency chain using "Last successfull build" and select the build configuration through the artifact dependency dialog.

Each build configuration builds by itself and produce the artifacts setup but they won't trigger any other build configuration.

What is needed for you to be able to give any advice on what might be faulty?

We're running TeamCity 10.0.4 (build 42538).

Right now we only have one build agent which is the same as the server.
