Visual Studio Plugin: SvnExportCommand failed, Diff against workspace
When using the Visual Studio plugin option: Diff against workspace, I get the following error:
svn: E200009: Destination file 'C:\Users\Shanks\AppData\Local\Temp\tmp4BA.tmp' exists, and will not be overwritten unless forced.
Svn has exited with code '1'.
SvnExportCommand failed
I've tried a couple of different external viewers; KDiff3 and WinMerge.. Is it some kind of permissions issue, since I see a bunch of these mangled export files in the temp directory and they are all empty.

If so, please watch it and vote it. It was recently updated internally so even if public comments are old it's being worked on.
A follow up to those facing the issue. Can you see the resharper version in use for this scenario?
I saw this on 2016 as well as the latest release as of april 12 2018. (Sorry not at my PC to get more exact info)
