Unable to update TrayNotifier to 2017.1.3

We installed the TrayNotifier 2017.1.2, every working fine.

Now that TeamCity 2017.1.3 has been deployed on our side, the TrayNotifier is warning the users there's a mismatch version with the server and they should download the new version.
Problem is, clicking on this link fails with a popup stating the msi can't be downloaded, without more info.

Is there a way to activate some logs to better understand what's going on ? (suspecting a certificate or proxy issue since accessing the url in a browser is working just fine)

Hello papazark,

Unfortunately, there is no way to enable logging in Windows Tray Notifier. 

But I was able to reproduce the problem. Seems, Windows Tray Notifier fails to upgrade if it points to TeamCity through https. I've created a bug in our YouTrack. Please, watch the issue to stay informed about any updates.
