Problem with configuring the project

I have two projects with the same settings:
1) Project 1 - foo/first;

2)  Project 2 - foo/two.

In these projects there are three build configurations:
- format;
- delivery;
- merge.

The problem is that when pushing into the first project, the tests are carried out in the second, although they should not.
