TeamCity Has Failed to Start

Hello,

I just download TeamCity version 2017.1.2 and try to install it to my Windows 7 computer . When i try to install it i got this error.

I saw similar problem in this website from 2011 but it did not help my situation.

Hi,

could you give us a little more context? Which kind of database are you using? If external, have you already added the proper .jars?
