Failed to resolve artifact dependency - Access is denied on random files

Hi there,
After upgrading to TC 2017.1.2, we are experiencing this failure on some older jobs, which we haven't touched them for months.
And the failures were randomly on different files. Any ideas on how this could happens?

Hello Daniel,
Does the problem reproduce on all of your build agents? Could you please reproduce the problem with DEBUG log enabled on a build agent and attach the teamcity-agent.log?

after further investigation, we found this was caused by the p4 file type, we changed file type to +w one by one, and then seems we are good so far.
