TeamCity 2017.1.1 (build 46654): Labeling failed: java.io.EOFException: Short read of block

Hi

I finally had chance to revisit this. I upgraded to the latest release of TeamCity first to see if that would resolve the issue. Unfortunately it still occurs. Other than the TeamCity vesion, the details from https://teamcity-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115000011830-TeamCity-10-0-4-Labeling-failed-java-io-EOFException-Short-read-of-block still apply. 

I've created this YouTrack issue: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/TW-49954 (linked to the previous closed one https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/TW-48302) and I've attached teamcity-vcs.log as requested this time.
