Notification/email when there are no compatible agents?
Use case:
Builds are added to the build queue either by VCS trigger or time trigger. Some of the builds have no compatible agents (build configs are misconfigured). I'd like a notification in HipChat and/or email to a team alias email that owns the project/build config
What can I do? Thanks.

Unfortunately this isn't currently possible. I asked the notification subsystem maintainer and he mentioned it wouldn't even be possible to have it as a plugin. If you think this would be a useful feature, you are welcome to add it to our tracker here: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/TW
We also have this need. I've just created a ticket for this useful feature: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/TW-51076
I just ran into this problem. Has anyone thought about adding this useful feature yet.
