Snapshot dependency and suitable builds
Why when I have a snapshot dependency with do not run if suitable build, the dependency build runs even though there are no pending VCS changes and there is a successful build?

I figured this one out. There is a bug in 10.1 that if you use P4 client specs then it does not detect changes correctly, Started to use the mappings in VCS roots and it works as expected. See TW-41898 Snapshot builds are not reused and server-side patches are not cached when Perforce streams or Perforce client name are used
