Build only files that contains specific svn commit messages

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to configure Team City to only build (Send via sFTP) the files that have been commited with a specific svn commit message since the last run.

Any help? If I got no answer in a timely manner I will have to choose another solution.

Maybe Jenkins will fit my requirements.
