Unable to download any new Artifacts since upgrade to TeamCity 10

We recently upgraded to TeamCity 10 from 8 and now i am unable to download any newly built Artifacts.

I get the following error message "HTTP Status 404 - Could not find build by revision rule: .1422313211170" this error is from click on the Artifact in TeamCity any ideas why i am getting this error?

Could you tell us the link you are getting from the Web UI that takes you to this error? A 404 should be a broken link which means the link itself is not being built properly.
