Webhooks for GitLab Community edition VCS

Have installed the plugin, but no new menus appears in my TC10 build environment. I assume the reason is that my VCS is NOT connected to a GitHub.com repo.
In my team, we are using a local installation of GitLab (community edition). It seems to support whats needed to trigger builds on my TC server (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/blob/master/doc/web_hooks/web_hooks.md), but I don't know how to configure it on the TC side.
Any tips or trix ?

I am just in the process of setting up the same.
i.e. I want to have GitLab on premise sending webhook triggers to TeamCity to trigger builds,etc
No, sorry. Did not find any solution at the time, and I have not looked into the issue in newer versions of the products.
Any news? I need integration teamcity and gitlab like jenkins - and there are no infromation about this.
