For us we are using the perforce server version: P4D/LINUX26X86_64/2019.1/1876401 (2019/10/30) TeamCity version was downloaded today and was: TeamCity-2019.2.2 I haven't got the teamcity-server...

We get the exact same error message when running as a Windows user and trying to connect to Perforce. We're currently evaluating TeamCity by attempting to run a server and an agent on Windows 10....
