I got it building by removing the branch specificaton from my VCS root.I guess the Pull Request buildfeature takes care of adding it?! If so it looks like a bug to me that it's not working when I'm...

Nevermind, the issue was that our proxy is adding an own SSL Certificate. I had to add this into the java cacerts file using the keytool.
