OK, it looks like if I pass in a non-null user when stopping the build, it won't be re-queued. This would be good information to add to the javadocs for the stop() method.Thanks again for the help!

OK...Installing the "Microsoft ® Windows Server® 2003 R2 Platform SDK" did the trick...kind of. Should there be a sln2003 dependency of some kind that highlights this?I'm still not out of the wood...
