It seems there's the same issue for Parameters, I've overriden env variable and I can see the new value in Edit settings AND in Run dialog but the actually build will get passed old values

So the issue was one needs to have "Trigger a new build with the same revisions" unchecked It's a bit confusing, because this checkbox is not only about revisions, but also about builds and depende...

We use 8.2.1, ok, nevermind then. I didn't find this among the performance fixes linked from 9's changelist though
