Is there an update on investigation of this issue? Because of this problem, we cannot stop using CruiseControl for our builds because we don't fully trust TeamCity build results. Thanks.

It happened again but I didn't have proper debugging enabled. So I have enabled it and will have to wait until it happens again.This happened with TeamCity 5.1.5 & 6.0.1.

I doubt that it's a permission problem. The TeamCity server is running as the account "dxbld" which is a regular user. I just ran the same command as the same user and I get the same results:cd /h...
