Yes. This case can be closed since the problem has been resolved. I added the cert file to the instance of Java used by the TeamCity server and build agent. Before I only updated the certificate...

Can I go directly from 10.0 to 2017.2 or must I upgrade from 10.0 to 2017.1 first? I want to be sure I can go directly from 10.0 to 2017.2 without having to upgrade to 2017.1 first. Thanks.
