If this message is shown in build log in red try to enable "fail build if an error message is logged by build runner" at the general settings tab of the build configuration.

It should support alias modules. Do you use TeamCity and have some problems with alias modules?

The only wat to do what you want is to process generated xml files on the agent and generate corresponding service messages to the output, see more here: http://www.jetbrains.net/confluence/display...

Different build configurations can have the same checkout directory if they have same VCS settings (same VCS roots, checkout rules and VCS checkout mode). Also checkout directory can be set manuall...
