In teamcity-info.xml you should use the same key names as defined in <graph/> element of main-config.xml

We plan to publish the first EAP of 5.1 during this week. This EAP will have automatic artifacts archiving feature. 5.1 was planned to be released in March, but it is more likely to happen in April.

I can guess that jCIFS tries to locate windows domain servers using DNS lookups. You can add domain names to /etc/hosts on the TeamCity server to be able to use short names.
