Max,could you please check if all repositories inside .BuildServer/system/caches/git have a file named 'config' and all configs have following inside:[core] repositoryformatversion = 0

Max,I'm investigating that, but without success so far. As a workaround you can remove subdirs without config file, TeamCity will fetch these repositories again and should be able to build a patch ...
