pom.xml treated as replacement for .ipr file. If you do have .ipr file why do you need to use pom? BTW You may copy/save your profile as IDE profile and put resulting .xml from USER_HOME/IntelliJ I...

Mark, for IDEA 6 inspections are stored in USER_HOME/IntelliJ IDE 6.x/config/inspections ;)You should be able to find result of inspections run in TeamCity in IDEA's editor though inspections view ...
