Is that possible to force TeamCity to use TLS1.2

Hi,

Recently we received notifications that our build server (Windows Server 2019) accesses some AWS resources (AWS AutoScalingGroup) by use of TLS1.0, however, AWS will not support TLS 1.0 connections soon, so we need to figure out how to force the build server to use TLS 1.2

Can I modify TeamCity Internal Properties settings to force it to use TLS 1.2 ?

or Can I disable TLS 1.0 on the build server to force it to use TLS 1.2?

Any advices are welcome.
