Is Team City capable of linking commits to Azure Work Items?
I've setup integration of TC and Azure Work Items and I see links to PBIs in TeamCity's change log.
Yet I do not see TC linking commits to Work Items, is this supported, and if yes, what do I need to do to enable this behavior?

Yes indeed, currently this only provides data on the TeamCity side. I have created a feature request on the matter - please consider voting or commenting on it as you see fit.
