Missing the Old UI carrot menu behavior in the new Sakura UI Follow

There is one particular old UI behavior that I miss in the Sakura UI.  In the old UI, if a Project had an error, there was a little carrot menu and if I hovered over it, I could see the error message and I didn't have to drill down into the build history or go to a different page. This was especially useful if there were tests that failed because I could see the tests that failed (usually it wasn't more than 5 or 6 test failures.  I'll attach that part of the screen showing the carrot menu and the list of tests..

I really miss this in the Sakura UI and if it's there, can someone point me to it?
