Artifact Keep Rules - Statistics VS History

Hello,

I'm trying to switch from Base Rules to the new Keep Rules, but I'm having a hard time wrapping my head aorund the artifact types and am unsure if my setup actually makes sense.

TLDR: What exactly is encompassed in "statistics"? If i want a full record of all builds every started, do I need to have a Keep Rule keeping statistics forever? Or would keeping "history" without logs or artifacts suffice?
Does statistics contain test results? Custom generated statistics reports?

More Context:

We have massive build artifacts per build (>10GB) that we don't need forever.
Sometimes we also have fairly large logs (10-50MB), and logs that ar emonths old are irrelevant as well.
So right now I have 3 rules, one related to artifacts, keeping them on non-personal branches/builds for a few weeks, one related to loogs to keep them for a few months (implicitly keeping history) and one for statistics to keep them forever. I'm just unsure if the last one is really relevant, or even correct, as maybe history would be enough?
