Self agent is having a problem

Hi Gulliherme, 

We have agent with windows server installed 

 I wrote simple powershell script with write-host hello world

for this it is taking 4 minutes to collect the information from VCS ( bitbucket) 

and Build is running for hours and not completed unless we manually stop it.

Please suggest how to troubelshoot this?

1. is there any problem with source control bitbucket repo? if yes how to trace it out?

2. How to check the logs?   Please provide exact steps on how to check the logs for this? 

3. Do I need to log in to self agent machine and navigate to Teamcity--> build agent--> logs , is this way to get the logs? Please confirm 

4.  I know you provide some links , but please provide me clear steps here on how to trace the logs along with links. Becase links are confusing for me in some scenarios. 

5. Is it because of multiple builds are using this agent? if yes how do we know of it which is causing this issue?
