Parallel test running and artifacts.

In the new TC version(2022.04) there is a parallel test running feature, but as of now we have to have separate build configuration that publishes artifacts. Is there any plan to get rid of this limitation (if so than when will it be implemented)? Would be a nice time saver.

•  After enabling parallel tests in a build configuration, it will stop publishing artifacts. Consider having a separate build configuration that publishes artifacts.
